Siri & David decided for their next joint adventure to walk the Camino Portugués, from Porto (Portugal) to Santiago de Compostela (Spain) in April/May 2024. We will then continue onto the Spanish coastline at Fisterre, Spain
It will be a 19 day, 220+ mile walk on the ‘pilgrim’s way’ which has been traveled since medieval times. We have started to get prepared by setting our itinerary, getting the right gear, and walking more.
Siri had already started hiking 5-8 miles a day since the fall, and David was able to join in February. Some of our recent excursions have included Little Mt. Si (North Bend), St. Edwards Park (Kenmore) and even the Lake to Lake trail in Bellevue.
