A relaxing day (part two)

Day 39: Hua Hin, Southern Thailand

We do breakfast on our own with avocado and toast

No beach this morning – a really high tide

So we walk in the streets to the fishing pier. All the boats are safely hidden behind a sea wall.

Have a nice conversation with Ingrid from the Netherlands at lunch – learned all about her birds she raised when she lived in the Philippines. “Animals are more amazing then we give them credit.” We agree.
We do tend to meet a lot of other people who like to travel – sort of what we should expect while traveling ourselves. Ingrid has lived in several countries, Philippines, Sri Lanka, had even visited Bolivia after her college days.
